Our first Try the World subscription box for 2021 has arrived. To go along with the disappointment of not having any descriptive material in the box there was a repeat item from only a few months ago. I would give up this subscription but the quality of the products is still top notch. The cultural experience is severely lacking when compared to other description boxes.

Mango pickle from India – quite spicy
Ajvar – the common red pepper and eggplant spread found throughout the Mediterranean region this one from Turkey
Korma simmer sauce from India
Peri-Peri sauce from The Netherlands. Disappointedly this is a repeat item from just few months ago.
