We gave this fried rice instant dish from Thai Kitchen a try during a quick hurried dinner one night. The instant rice is ready after a short microwaving and can be used as a ready made side dish. The shelf stable product although fully hydrated would be useful on a short canoe trip if the added weight is not an issue. It could be heated by immersing in a pot of boiling water.
An OK side dish if you are in a hurry but any homemade fried rice you would make would be much better. 5 out of 10.
Shams Gherkins Mini Pickled Cucumbers are a product of India and can be purchased on-line from a number of vendors.
These mildly spicy pickles are a perfect size and crunch. The taste is similar to a cornichon but with a little spicy heat.

Alex adores Indian food so he was really looking forward to this curry dish from HelloFresh. The dish did not disappoint not quite as good as the vegan curry we had previously but still excellent 9 out of 10.
We are a great lover of Indian food and Alex especially adores any Indian dish we come across so we were looking forward to this curry dish from HelloFresh. The dish did not disappoint 10 out of 10. Alex said it was his favorite HelloFresh dish so far and he has loved most of them.
