For our first night in Portugal we booked a room at the Hotel Oslo Coimbra in Coimbra, Portugal.
The hotel was in the perfect location not only close to the government office where I had my appointment but also just minutes from the old town central square.
The square was surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops many of which we would visit in the next few days.
The hotel room was small with a tiny bathroom but met our needs, with everything outside it was just a place to sleep.
View from the window was not spectacular.
There were much better views from the rooftop lounge where the city lights up at night!
The hotel restaurant had a nice view of the city.
A nice continental breakfast.
