Rita and I both love English Muffins in the morning for breakfast or for a late night snack. We purchased a variety of these “gourmet” muffins from Wolferman’s Bakery online to give them a try. In addition to being very thick these muffins were also very soft in texture. They maintained a soft consistency even when cooked to be very dark. I prefer a crunchy muffin so I actually like Thomas’ English Muffins with there “nooks and crannies” to these. Rita liked the softer texture and loved all of these the individual flavors being very nice.
