I have always enjoyed roast duck but Alex has never tried it so we decided to start him off slow and roast a boneless duck breast for him.
Alex thought the meat was tender and only slightly chewy with a taste more like beef than chicken. He very much enjoyed it and gobbled down the whole breast. The next step will be to roast a whole duck! As you can see Emma also wished she could have some.
