We continue to be impressed with the HelloFresh offerings. Tonight’s meal is Steakhouse-style Pork Chops. Lean pork can be very dry and for that reason is not one of my favorite meats. HelloFresh compensates for this with an abundance of sauce smothering the chop with moisture.
