Grow & Behold is a specialty mail order meat purveyor who carry several unusual products as well as the more traditional cuts. If you are in the market for poultry necks, chicken skin or duck breasts this is your go to venue. They also carry beef bacon a product I have never tried before. Alex and I are both bacon fanatics so we decided to try some.
We baked in the oven until crisp.
It did not look or smell much like bacon.
