I align with the late Anthony Bourdain in having beef marrow as one of my all time favorite foods. The buttery marrow when spread onto a crispy piece of artisan bread is nectar of the gods. I saw these boat cut bones from Grow & Behold so grabbed a couple of packages. Two disappointments I did not have the best bread and the bones were tiny and thin yielding a minuscule amount of marrow. The marrow itself was tasty, I am just glad Rita does not eat it and Alex was not a fan. One other thing to mention is Grow & Behold is an excellent source for some atypical cuts of meat for a reasonable price. Turkey and chicken necks, chicken skin and beef bacon are just some of the items they sell.
