There was a TikTok trend saying the Dr. Pepper is just a combination of Coke Cola and root beer. I am not a soda drinker except for the occasional root beer, but Alex loves Dr. Pepper and also drinks other sodas as well. He wanted to try the challenge so we purchased the ingredients.
We mixed the Coke and root beer at the recommended ratio
Comparing the mixture to straight Dr. Pepper, Alex did not think it was a match. He did like the flavor and would drink it if available.
