Boar’s Head Pepperhouse Gourmaise is a mixture of mustard and mayo. Barry from Sandwichesofhistory on TikTok recommended it for a plus up on a sandwich. I tried some on a cheese sandwich and it was a great compliment with a nice bite. I will probably use this condiment on a regular basis on my sandwiches.
