After a couple of days of sweaty exploring of Coimbra, Portugal we needed to wash some clothes. Luckily near out hotel in the Old Town of Coimbra we found a laundromat. While our clothes were washing we saw right next door to the laundromat a nice looking restaurant; Temudu’s II.
With a convenient outdoor seat we ordered a desert and waited for our laundry.
The desert was a coffee flavored soufflé. The flavor was similar to tiramisu but the texture was super fluffy and airy.
