Boone’s Thai Kitchen in Epping is a small restaurant in a strip mall adjacent to the Epping Walmart. Threre are a few seats but it seems to mostly cater to the takeaway business. We started with appetizers and both the crab Rangoon and shumai were top notch. Crab Rangoon is a favorite of Alex’s and he much preferred these to the local Chinese restaurant that we frequent. The shumai were very flavorful and we both liked them very much. My duck course was very good with crispy duck and crunchy vegetables in a tangy sauce. Alex was very disappointed in his mixed seafood dish. The shrimp and scallops were fine but the squid was so tough it was like chewing on a piece of rubber.
