The Epping Town Hall in Epping, New Hampshire has a very nice little wayside park on the shores of the Lamprey River. Behind the town hall is the town land which has canoe access to the river and some nice areas to sit and relax.
Across the river there is a private parking lot for several of the local shops. There are views of the river from here as well.
