This is the first in a series of volumes examining each episode of televised Doctor Who in broadcast order. It was written by popular culturist Ray Dexter.
I agree with the back cover blurb saying that most people now experience Doctor Who incorrectly. The program was planned as a serial to be viewed in order not in the pick and choose method which came along with VHS, DVD and streaming availability. Dexter as the name of the book suggests goes over each individual episode and not just the story as a whole. He discusses key players, availability of the story, a summary, ratings and chart positions, and other notable reviews. An interesting take on the subject 7 out of 10.
