The Holy Grail is converted 1895 St. Joseph’s Church in Epping, New Hampshire. The owner’s families are from counties Tipperary and Galway in Ireland and they focus on Irish cuisine in the restaurant. The restaurant is moderately priced and casual and the location in the old church is quite charming.
The menu has quite a few Irish specific options great for a change of pace selection. As you can see Alex had fun making a selection.
There is a good selection of spirits.
For appetizers we had the Spinach and Artichoke dip and the fried mushrooms, both of which were very good.
Entrees like corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, reuben sandwich, prime rib and fish and chips are available.
We capped off Rita’s birthday with a nice dessert.
A nice restaurant for a change of pace.
