Rita and her sister Izilda took Alex cycling on the Windham Rail Trail in Windham, New Hampshire. This is a great trail for the casual cyclist as it is paved and relatively flat for the whole distance. There is a large spacious parking lot on the Windham end of the trail. The trail is point to point with the other end of the trail in Salem, New Hampshire.
