As you are making your way through the 13 Mile Woods along the Androscoggin River on NH Route 16 you will come across this access point on the river. The Paul O. Bofinger Conservation Area is a multi-use location mostly comprised of shrub and young forest. The area is managed for American Woodcock and other wildlife include deer, moose, bear, grouse and songbirds. There are seasonal restroom facilities and a good sized parking area at the boat launch.
