Rita frequently stops at Brazilian grocery stores to pick up some of the products she grew up with and when she does there are several things I ask her to get for me. I am not an avid spice hound but I do enjoy hot peppers on my sandwich or in stir fries.
These are very spicy and I use them in moderation.
Cumari Pepper
My favorite, use in salads, mixed with rice or in a stir fry.
Saborosa
A mix of very tasty but not too hot peppers.
