We had a gift certificate to the Outback Steak House so one Saturday we stopped for lunch at the Seabrook, New Hampshire location. We arrived at about 2:00 PM and were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. The wait was not a big deal but we were surprised when we entered the dining room and saw so many empty tables. Why wait when there was more than enough capacity. It was not only us but seers couples and families were also waiting to be seated. Maybe there was a lack of wait staff?
We ordered a blooming onion, which is always delicious, and enjoyed the fresh baked brown bread.
Rita ordered the rib eye steak which she did not like because of the heavy spice rub, I also found it to be a little on the tough side for a rib eye but enjoyed the spice. Her entree also came with a salad.
I had a rib and sirloin combination plate with fries. The ribs were fall of the bone and tasty and the sirloin was cooked to specification and very tender. The fries were lackluster and a little soggy for my taste.
Alex enjoyed his burger very much.
