Windsor Castle – Windsor, England

Windsor Castle is a royal residence at Windsor in the English county of Berkshire. It is strongly associated with the English and succeeding British royal family, and embodies almost a millennium of architectural history. It was built by William the Conqueror after his invasion of England in 1066. It has been occupied since the 11th century and is the oldest occupied castle in Europe.
