Pork belly is as the blurb on this package says the best part of the pig, who doesn’t love bacon! These pork belly bites from Wild Bill’s Craft Soda Company certainly do not disappoint. Roasted pork belly with its crunchy skin and silky texture is a favorite guilty pleasure so we were anxious to try these. The flavor was good but the texture was not great; a little bit chewy and zero crunch.
I would have preferred a crunchier texture and a more savory rather than sweet flavor profile but still good 7 out of 10
