Union Church Historic Site – Claremont, New Hampshire

The Union Church in Claremont is the oldest standing Episcopal Church in the state. The church was built in 1771 by master carpenter Ebenezer Rice. The church was incorporated as a union of the Episcopal and Congregational faiths under the leadership of one minister. The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
